DUE TO THE HIGH VALUE OF OUR PRODUCTS, THERE WILL BE A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF ALL PACKAGES.

DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, AND IT IS DAMAGED AND/OR OPENED, PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE BEFORE CHECKING THE CONTENTS INSIDE. PLEASE SUBMIT A CLAIM VIA THE COURIER USED TO SHIP YOUR ORDER.

SUBURB IS UNABLE TO CHANGE ANY SHIPPING ADDRESSES. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED AT THE TIME THE ORDER WAS ORIGINALLY PLACED.

SUBURB IS UNABLE TO PRICE MATCH OR MAKE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. THE ITEMS MUST BE UNHARMED, NOT WORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE FROM ANY ODORS. ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH RIBBON STILL ATTACHED.

IF ITEMS DO NOT FIT THESE REQUIREMENTS, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, TO DETERMINE IF RETURNED MERCHANDISE IS IN SALE-ABLE CONDITION.

WE CAN ONLY EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR THE SAME ARTICLE IN A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR.

ALLOW UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR REFUNDS TO BE REFLECTED ON YOUR BANK HISTORY.

WE DO NOT OFFER CREDIT NOTES, AND ALL REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
